Heather was highly recommended to us, we had a fabulous zoom interview with her, and she absolutely did not disappoint! It was our first time having a Doula, for our first child, so we were a bit nervous to be embarking on this new experience, and truly Heather was the best out of the three doulas we had on rotation! 

Heather was punctual, listens well, in tune with our needs, ready to assist by fine-tuning things based on discussions, and truly a wonderful person overall! My husband and I really enjoyed her presence, level of care provided, and overall contribution to our household during our postpartum period! Heather immediately put me at ease the minute she walked through the door. She has a calm energy and supportive way of enabling you in the early days with your newborn. She helped me for 2 nights a week for 12 weeks in the first 4 months with my first baby, and as a single mum it was invaluable getting a good night's sleep, knowing he was well cared for. I would highly recommend working with Heather as she is so knowledgeable in many areas related to newborn care and a great person to bounce questions and ask advice from.
