Birth Support Package 

Includes:

2 Prenatal Visits (each about an hour long+)

The first visit will be via zoom, 2 months before your expected due date (EDD), where we will get to know one another, I will assist you in creating your birth plan and understanding your options, go through your birth goals with you, and answer any questions you may have.

The second visit will be in person at your home one month before your EDD where we will go over comfort measures, a list of what to bring, how to prepare for the hospital, and signs to look out for when going into labor. 

Phone contact during pregnancy and post birth. You can call or text me anytime with questions.

Continuous birth support throughout labor and delivery. I will be with you every step of the way!

During labor, I offer comfort measures, assist you in making decisions that work best for you, and provide you with evidence-based information, advocacy, partner support, and breathing techniques.

Photos of birth, baby, and your new family if desired.

Assistance getting baby to latch if needed.

An optional in-person home visit post-birth. I am happy to come to your home for a postpartum visit and see how you and your baby are thriving! It's also a great opportunity to decompress, go over your birth, and answer any questions or concerns you may have as well as provide you with resources/referrals you may need.

My DONA trainer, mentor, and friend, Felicia Roche, a Doula of 25+ years, teaches a childbirth education class that I highly recommend and here is the link:  BABE Classes are every 2 months. 

As a client, a discounted rate of 20% will be extended to you.


If interested in placenta encapsulation the fee is $350.
